Your own internet/data charges also remain your responsibility. |
| Quantity / 提供回数 | One purchase covers one payout period and one 24-hour review session. Reasonable retries for that same payout period are included during the access window. A validation or wrong-file error does not bind the purchase; binding occurs only after a complete diagnosis. A different payout period requires another purchase. Multiple unexpired purchases can remain active separately in the same browser. |

Internet access is required for the website and payment process; payout-file analysis itself is designed to run locally in the browser. |
| Cancellation and refunds / キャンセル・返金 | You can leave Stripe Checkout before completing payment without being charged. After successful payment, paid access is delivered immediately. Change of mind or non-use during the 24-hour window is generally not refundable. If an OTA Ninja technical problem means the purchased review cannot be provided, contact us within 7 days. We will help you retry or recover access where possible and, if the purchased review still cannot be provided, refund it. A completed diagnosis is not refundable merely because no discrepancy was found or the result was not as expected. Duplicate charges and service faults are refundable. Loss of local browser storage does not by itself extend the original 24-hour window. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. See Refunds & Contact. |
Before you buy
The checkout/final confirmation screen will clearly show the service, one-time price, payment timing, 24-hour delivery/access period and refund/cancellation conditions before the payment is confirmed.
